📋 Description

• Source, screen, and serve as recruiting partner to various hiring teams • Support online and offline networking and outreach with potential candidates • Promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and build a strong talent pipeline • Partner with engineering hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and achieve annual hiring goals • Own the full life cycle recruitment process from screening and selection through negotiation, offer, and close • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience • Strategically plan and own a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates • Maintain candidate interest throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting, with a minimum 6+ years’ experience gained within the engineering industry • AV industry experience strongly preferred • Experience hiring software engineers is required • Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent • Global recruiting experience in Canada preferred • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders • Ability to influence key stakeholders, challenge and set expectations • Ability to work with considerable independence and make decisions requiring judgment based on hiring policies, procedures, and operating practices • Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) software; Greenhouse ATS preferred • Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed
