📋 Description

• Lead definition and execution of test strategy within a Scrum team • Drive quality outcomes by identifying risks early and ensuring testability of solutions • Lead automation strategy including framework design and integration into CI/CD pipelines • Identify and mitigate systemic quality risks, collaborating across teams • Mentor and guide engineers in automation practices and test strategy • Contribute to best practices for testing and quality engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering • 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and evolving automation frameworks • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment; we operate in 2-week sprints • Deep expertise in automation development using modern languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C# • Strong experience leveraging development tools and IDE ecosystems • Expert-level experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Expertise of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure) • Strong understanding of API automation, service virtualization, and test data management • Proven ability to lead and influence automation architecture decisions • Strong understanding of underlying technologies supporting applications under test
