📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall QA vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with product and engineering goals. • Build, scale, and lead a global QA team, including onshore and offshore members. • Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes to measure software quality and team effectiveness. • Design and oversee robust automated testing frameworks including UI, API, performance, and regression. • Ensure comprehensive performance/load testing strategies are in place for high-volume SaaS environments. • Oversee and improve CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment. • Leverage AWS, Azure/OCI or GCP services to scale testing infrastructure. • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven QA tools to enhance testing accuracy, coverage, and speed. • Collaborate with Regulatory and Security teams to meet compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. • At least five (5) years of experience as a Principal Applications Developer, Lead Architect, Sr. QA Engineer, Product Test Engineer, Network Administrator, or a closely related occupation. • Five (5) years of experience in a leadership role. • Knowledge in SaaS platforms in regulated industries including healthcare and life sciences. • Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, Testim, Functionize, Mabl, Kubernetes, and Docker. • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and HITECH/HITRUST.
