📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles, from sourcing and screening through offer support and onboarding coordination • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain clear communication • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels • Engage passive candidates across multiple channels • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from first contact through close • Follow established talent acquisition processes and tools, including Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS • Flag opportunities for process improvement • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS data • Share pipeline updates with hiring managers and TA leads • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance on headcount planning and offer execution

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring across corporate functions and/or technical roles in North America • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates across multiple channels • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar • Clear, organized communication and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience • Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software companies (preferred) • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and modern sourcing technologies (preferred) • Familiarity with hiring in EMEA and/or LatAm (preferred)
