📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline and provider roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while articulating Maven’s mission, culture, and care model • Build and maintain talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, inbound applicant management, and referrals • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines • Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple time zones • Continuously improve high-volume recruiting efforts with fresh ideas and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline and provider hiring • Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment required • Prior experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt roles required • Proven ability to manage 20+ requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract role • Resourceful self-starter with a bias toward action, efficiency, and problem-solving • Active work authorization in the US required
