📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and specialist roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct sourcing • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams • Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress • Ensure compliance with internal policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable employment regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or international environment • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience • Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialist positions • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions (preferred) • Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, technology, or shared services environments (preferred) • Knowledge of talent market trends and recruitment best practices (preferred)
