📋 Description

• Lead sell-side syndication, participation, assignment, and secondary market transactions • Source, develop, and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors, finance companies, and other funding partners • Evaluate, structure, and market transactions to potential syndication partners • Coordinate syndication strategies with production, credit, and executive leadership teams • Prepare transaction summaries, investor presentations, and marketing materials • Negotiate transaction terms, pricing, documentation, and funding structures • Manage the syndication pipeline from origination through closing • Analyze market conditions, investor appetite, pricing trends, and competitive dynamics • Collaborate with legal counsel and transaction teams on transaction documentation • Develop and expand strategic capital markets and syndication programs • Support portfolio management initiatives including loan sales, assignments, participations, and bulk transactions • Monitor funding partner relationships and identify opportunities for increased transaction volume • Maintain compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and capital markets governance standards • Prepare management reporting on syndication activity, funding sources, transaction profitability, and portfolio distribution • Represent the organization at industry conferences, investor meetings, and business development events • Identify opportunities to improve syndication workflows, reporting, and operational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in capital markets, syndications, commercial banking, specialty finance, equipment finance, structured finance, or related financial services • Demonstrated experience executing syndicated loan, participation, assignment, or secondary market transactions • Strong understanding of credit underwriting, transaction structuring, and commercial lending products • Proven track record of building and managing institutional investor and funding partner relationships • Experience negotiating transaction terms and documentation • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management abilities • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and financial reporting tools • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening • Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements
