📋 Description

• Determine adequate and competitive premium levels for Individual, Commercial and Government products • Prepare and submit rate filings to Federal and State authorities • Analyze benefit changes, prepare competitive analyses, and summarize results • Complete financial forecast scenario modeling to evaluate and ensure profitable business segments • Prepare impact analyses for benefit changes • Develop pricing factors to ensure adequate premium coverage for each product line • Develop sensitivity testing analyses and summarize results to management • Apply knowledge of Individual, Commercial and Government products, pricing, and forecasting • Conduct research beyond specific assignments • Contribute to the area’s workload based on volume and complexity • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in actuarial science, business, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field of study • No experience is required • Advanced skill in mathematics and statistics • Analytical knowledge to generate reports, actuarial analyses, and mathematical models from available data • Ability to solve problems independently and draw accurate conclusions using basic mathematical modeling and actuarial techniques • Ability to deal with ambiguity and make recommendations with incomplete or conflicting information • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy • Effective oral and written communication across departments • Ability to summarize technical information for non-technical audiences • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships • Must reside and work within the State of Arizona
