📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across a TypeScript/React frontend and TypeScript/Python backend • Own and extend integrations and backend services, including LoanPro, HubSpot, and internal APIs • Become the accountable owner for at least one integration or backend service • Add tests, monitoring, and instrumentation to improve reliability and catch issues before customers do • Investigate and resolve production issues and reduce recurring errors • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and planning • Communicate proactively in a Slack-first team • Use AI coding tools and automation to increase speed and reduce repetitive work • Deliver a first production change in week one and independently ship end-to-end features within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production software • Strong full-stack ability with a backend lean • Hands-on experience with TypeScript/React and Python • Demonstrated experience owning services, APIs, or integrations end-to-end • Working discipline around testing, monitoring, and reliability • Experience at an early-stage startup is a strong plus • Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI tooling is a strong plus • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and evolving processes • 1+ year of experience working in a remote or distributed environment is preferred • Self-directed, accountable, and proactive • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Willing to undergo a background check if an offer is extended • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work
