📋 Description

• Serve as the Bank’s enterprise infrastructure executive • Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure • Direct enterprise infrastructure operations, production support, problem management, capacity planning, performance optimization, and service availability • Oversee help desk, service desk, desktop support, endpoint management, end-user technology, incident and request fulfillment, and user support operations • Lead infrastructure across data centers, servers, operating systems, compute, storage, virtualization, on-premises and cloud infrastructure, IaaS, DRaaS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint infrastructure, and enterprise systems • Oversee enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless networks, internet services, voice and data circuits, and telecommunications carriers • Lead technology modernization initiatives involving infrastructure refreshes, cloud adoption, automation, virtualization, and platform standardization • Ensure infrastructure security controls are configured, hardened, patched, maintained, and aligned with policies and regulatory requirements • Coordinate vulnerability remediation with Security, IT Operations, application owners, and business stakeholders • Oversee identity services, SSO, MFA, authentication infrastructure, logical access controls, and privileged access management • Oversee monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, observability, and operational visibility platforms • Lead backup, business continuity, disaster recovery architecture, recovery exercises, infrastructure testing, and operational improvement • Partner with Information Security during cybersecurity incidents requiring infrastructure expertise, restoration, or forensic support • Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and third-party assessments with technical leadership, documentation, and evidence • Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, procedures, documentation, and platform governance • Manage infrastructure vendors, carriers, cloud and hosting providers, managed service providers, contracts, SLAs, performance reporting, escalation, and service accountability • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and business leadership to remediate findings • Provide executive-level technical guidance and functional leadership to project teams, vendors, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing enterprise infrastructure leadership for mission-critical core banking platforms within a regulated financial institution • Extensive experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage, identity services, disaster recovery, automation, and enterprise systems • Proven experience leading enterprise technology modernization initiatives, large-scale infrastructure transformations, and core banking platform conversions • Demonstrated success supporting regulatory examinations, technology audits, and remediation activities within highly regulated environments • Strong knowledge of OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, cybersecurity, and operational resilience requirements • Proven ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps while maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient production environments • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure engineering, or technology operations • Minimum of 7 years in enterprise-level technical, functional, or strategic leadership roles with increasing responsibility • Experience leading technology organizations within a regulated financial institution, preferably supporting mission-critical banking systems • Experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives, including platform implementations, system conversions, or major infrastructure transformations • Working knowledge of banking regulatory expectations, including OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, and operational resilience requirements • Ability to build partnerships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology vendors, regulators, and auditors • Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills • May require occasional presence in data centers or secure facilities • Ability to travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and industry events
