📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate with current and prospective clients to help them travel smart and achieve more

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience; corporate travel required • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Full-time availability • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST schedule
