📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and consistently provide consultation • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients • Help clients travel smart and achieve more

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Applicants must be based in the United States or Costa Rica
