📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests through phone, email, and other channels accurately and efficiently • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and related product up-selling • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm customer travel reservations • Interpret client travel policies and provide appropriate consultation • Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT • Flexibility for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
