📋 Description

• Sell the entire product line to current and new accounts • Inform customers about new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies • Execute comprehensive product in-services for relevant individuals • Plan sales calls continuously and manage sales time effectively • Develop thorough knowledge of products and clinical data • Inform the Regional Manager about significant market changes and competitive activity • Achieve prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints • Analyze customer needs and create solutions • Maintain the company automobile and company property • Complete and process BDPI reports, including sales summary, expense, monthly product tracking, account targeting, and complaint reports • Support BD's purpose of advancing the world of health through medical technology products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of outside sales experience required • Two or more years of outside sales experience or equivalency • Product knowledge, including features and benefits of BDPI products • Surgical procedure knowledge adequate to illustrate product benefits • Basic anatomy knowledge • Medical and surgical terminology knowledge • Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling • Excellent listening and communication skills • Understanding of contract administration • Medical Device Sales experience preferred • Demonstrated human relation and communication skills
