📋 Description

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their start date • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires throughout onboarding • Collect, review, and track required employment and onboarding documentation • Coordinate background checks, I-9 documentation, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements • Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding documentation and onboarding requirements • Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding trackers, and systems • Coordinate start dates and onboarding timelines with Recruiting and Operations • Identify and communicate potential delays or issues proactively • Ensure onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on schedule • Provide a welcoming, professional, and organized experience for new employees • Assist with HR and administrative projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally • Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing experience is a plus
