📋 Description

• Provide HR administrative and staff support for Global HR, employees, and managers • Process HR transactions, including direct client interaction, research and analysis, report preparation, employee and manager support, policy guidance, onboarding, terminations, and preparation of letters and company documents • Manage onboarding for new hires across the United States and LATAM countries • Execute complex onboarding transactions, including pre-employment documentation, system updates, and employment verification • Manage and streamline onboarding workflows in alignment with regional labor laws and company policies • Handle onboarding inquiries and issues for new hires and internal stakeholders across U.S. and LATAM regions • Collaborate with HR teams and external vendors on background checks, benefits registration, and orientation programs • Evaluate onboarding processes and implement enhancements • Guide hiring managers and HR partners on onboarding procedures • Develop and refine onboarding materials, communications, and tools • Review and recommend updates to onboarding practices • Collaborate with HR Shared Services on process improvements and HR initiatives impacting the employee lifecycle • Work varying shifts to provide support coverage during core business hours for the respective region

🎯 Requirements

• Current residency in the US • Working authorization required • Workday onboarding experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required • 2+ years of experience in an HR onboarding or shared services role • Knowledge of Form I-9 requirements and processes • Experience in HR service delivery • Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors • Experience using case management systems such as ServiceNow • Strong customer service focus and ability to resolve complex issues • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage process improvements
