📋 Description

• Maintaining relationships and interacting with major accounts to sell new and refurbished point-of-sale, scanning, handheld mobile computer devices and IT repair services • Developing new prospects and establishing customers • Increasing sales and repairs for existing accounts as well as establishing new business accounts • Maintain and manage the company’s eBay presence including product listings and customer communications • Consistent follow-up with existing accounts • Account management: Identify, pursue, and onboard new sales and repair accounts • Utilize company systems, including Concur, for expense reporting and related business processes • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Works closely with Technicians and internal operational teams • Individual contributor role with no direct reports • Travel as needed based on business opportunities and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • 2 Year Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred • 5+ years of experience selling or supporting: Refurbished and new POS equipment, handheld computers, barcode scanning equipment and repair services preferred • Microsoft Office preferred • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills • Enthusiastic team player with a positive, professional attitude • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and accountability • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outgoing personality • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, establish deadlines, and meet commitments • Strong multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
