📋 Description

• Design, build, scale, and enhance software products, applications, and platforms based on client needs and business requirements • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to develop effective technical solutions • Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to architecture discussions, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives • Deploy and support applications in cloud-based environments • Learn and adapt across a variety of technologies, tools, and client environments • Work across multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment • Perform other duties as assigned • Attend two company-wide events annually and occasionally travel for client or team needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience • Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot • Experience building and scaling web-based software products or applications • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and technologies • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, Argo CD, MongoDB Atlas, React, Go, Python, or C#/.NET is highly valued • Voracious appetite to learn and apply new skills • Skilled at building web-based software or mobile apps • Ability to work with different tools and in different client environments • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
