📋 Description

• Lead technical analysis and Spec-Driven Development • Define functional and technical specifications, including OpenAPI/Swagger, data models, and sequence/state diagrams • Produce documentation for Product stakeholders and technical teams • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Frontend in autonomous squads • Define endpoints and integration contracts • Design and develop resilient, low-latency, highly concurrent backend architectures • Build and support event-driven architectures • Incorporate metrics, structured logging, and tracing from the design stage • Translate business scenarios into Given-When-Then / Gherkin acceptance criteria • Work closely with the Automation QA team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering in highly complex and scalable backend environments • Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot • Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and messaging/event-driven tools such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Ability to lead upfront technical design through comprehensive specifications, technical diagrams, and API definitions • Strong interest in system telemetry, including metrics, logging, and tracing • Ability to troubleshoot production bottlenecks • Ability to articulate technical decisions and communicate architecture to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to design maintainable, long-term solutions • Bonus: hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes • Bonus: experience managing critical incidents and conducting post-mortems • Bonus: familiarity with reactive programming principles or advanced concurrency patterns
