📋 Description

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to analyze learning objectives, define content requirements, and develop engaging interactive eLearning courses aligned with organizational goals • Design and produce instructional materials incorporating animations, graphics, audio, video, and other multimedia elements • Use authoring tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms to create polished, user-friendly training content • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials and processes • Explore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies • Organize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and updates while meeting deadlines • Communicate complex concepts clearly through visual design and written content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in eLearning development or a related field • Proven experience creating professional eLearning content, preferably for software products, using rapid development tools • Strong preference for Articulate Storyline experience • Proficiency in basic video editing for educational purposes, such as Camtasia or similar tools • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Strong time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning new skills and technologies • Commitment to upholding BeyondTrust’s core values • Visual design experience, LMS administration or content integration, simulation development, AI-generated voiceovers, technical training, and Adobe Creative Suite familiarity are listed as nice-to-have qualifications
