📋 Description

• Assess stakeholder needs, process changes, organizational impacts, and readiness for SAP releases. • Develop change management, communication, engagement, and training plans aligned with project milestones. • Create role specific training materials, job aids, demonstrations, and accessible learning resources. • Deliver virtual training and workshops and prepare designated client staff to support other users. • Collect feedback, assess learning outcomes, and track adoption measures to identify support needs. • Coordinate readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. • At least five years of experience working on the SAP platform. • At least 10 years of relevant experience. • Experience supporting federal government programs. • Experience leading change management and training activities for SAP implementations or enhancements. • Strong facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and virtual training delivery skills. • Experience with SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and Federal Department of War (DOW) programs is preferred. • Secret Clearance eligible.
