📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support the re:Members application suite using C#, SQL, and JavaScript • Architect and integrate AI-driven features and systems • Build and advance agentic, spec-driven development workflows • Leverage AI coding assistants for at least 50% of development • Continuously improve how AI enhances engineering practices • Ensure application stability, scalability, and resiliency across environments • Perform monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis • Follow engineering practices using Git, Jira, and modern DevOps principles • Contribute to code quality, system design, and AI architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and supporting production software systems as an agentic engineer or senior software developer • Experience using agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques in daily development workflow • Strong understanding of software design, system decomposition, and ER data modeling concepts • Ability to resolve complex issues and document root-cause analysis • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in C#, SQL, and JavaScript • Experience with Git, Jira, and modern DevOps principles • Eligible to reside in one of these states: DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA
