📋 Description

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with medical key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals • Prospect for, cultivate, and maintain business relationships • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in OBGYN, MFM, and genetic counselor clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the assigned geography • Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including new business development and lead generation • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events • Deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams • Influence how the test is communicated to physicians and patients and how it evolves to serve market needs • Report to a Regional Manager - Prenatal

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory • Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision maker types • Effective selling, listening, and presentation skills • Excellent organizational and communication skills, written and verbal • Effective time management skills and ability to assess and prioritize opportunities • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Ability to assess medical professionals' and staff members' needs, with focus on consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and work independently • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information • Demonstrated values and ethics supporting BillionToOne's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct • Ability to use discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information and documentation • Nice-to-haves: startup environment experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, and convertible book of business
