• Own and close new business in US markets for Bito’s AI Architect • Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate software-driven enterprises • Drive outbound pipeline targeting large-scale engineering organizations (500+ engineers) at Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and events • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation, close • Partner with product and engineering to deliver feedback from the field • Help build our go-to-market motion: CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or GenAI • Experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into enterprise engineering and platform teams (VP Eng / CTO level) • Track record of closing six-figure deals with complex technical buyers • Deep curiosity about AI and the future of software engineering • Ability to communicate technical value clearly to both developers and execs • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wears multiple hats • Strong written and verbal communication with follow-through • Preferred: engineering background and experience selling developer tools
