📋 Description

• Own the onchain.cc terminal client surface end to end across trenches, perps and prediction markets on Solana and EVM. • Take sole ownership of at least one revenue-bearing surface from proposal through production, including execution and fill-quality UX. • Take the trenches terminal to parity or beyond against pump.fun, Axiom and FOMO on latency, snipe controls, live data and one-click execution. • Unify Solana and EVM wallet and transaction flows into a single surface. • Maintain feature parity for the Capacitor mobile app. • Propose product features, especially latency-critical trading UX. • Reduce front-end latency on trading surfaces, measured by p95 time to interactive and time to fill. • Own production defect rate and incident recurrence for shipped surfaces. • Work as an individual contributor alongside frontend, UX, backend and DevOps engineers. • Report directly to the Head of onchain.cc.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped an onchain product to production involving real users and real money, such as perps, DEXs, launchpads, prediction markets or trading terminals; side projects do not count. • Shipped on both Solana and EVM. • Personally trades trenches and understands fills, slippage, priority fees and lost entries. • Demonstrable ownership of proposing, building and shipping features without a spec, ticket or permission. • Experience with browser latency and realtime systems, including websockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection and backpressure. • Experience with trading UI, including TradingView charting, order flow, PnL, fills, transaction states and onchain failure handling. • Experience with Solana adapters, embedded wallets such as Privy or similar, and signing and approval flows. • Genuinely AI-native in daily work, with a clear account of delegation to and review of agents. • Comfortable in high-performance remote work with reasonable overlap with a global team. • Equivalent competencies may be considered.
