📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients • Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and understand business goals • Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and meetings • Provide campaign updates, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction • Drive client retention and revenue growth by demonstrating marketing-service value • Address customer needs proactively and identify account-growth opportunities • Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance • Recommend improvements and optimize campaign results • Manage client requests, account updates, and ongoing tasks • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery • Support campaign execution, share knowledge, assist new team members, and stay informed on digital marketing trends • Participate in meetings and presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides while maintaining a professional on-camera presence • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives supporting team goals, operational improvements, and strategic objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in a high-volume account management or customer success role • Strong track record of achieving retention, upsells, and growth targets that lead to driving additional business • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, local SEO best practices, PPC, social media, and local search ranking factors • Preferably proficient in Google Analytics and Google Ads • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with small business clients' goals, with measurable objectives and KPIs • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Project management and organizational skills • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities • Ability to drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management, performance optimization, negotiation, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet • Proficient understanding of AI tools and their practical applications • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI advancements • Digital marketing experience preferred but not required • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
