📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features using Ruby on Rails APIs/services on the back end and Angular 20 on the front end • Work across Recall, AI, Service Engine, and other business initiatives as priorities shift • Build and maintain core platform services used by Mobile, AI, and Data teams • Diagnose and fix issues across the full stack, tracing bugs from UI to API to data • Set technical direction as a senior individual contributor and provide architecture input • Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards • Ramp up across multiple product domains rather than specializing in one • Own features end-to-end from specification through production • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success • Help ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails • Strong hands-on experience with Angular v17+, ideally Angular 20 • Comfortable working across the full stack and across multiple product areas • Track record owning features end-to-end, from spec through production • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity • Bonus: experience with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools • Experience with CI tooling such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions • Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows such as Cursor or CodeRabbit • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Must complete Form I-9 and present unexpired work-authorization documents • Company does not provide sponsorship for U.S. visas or immigration benefits
