📋 Description

• Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap and success metrics aligned with Blackbaud’s enterprise AI goals • Establish proficiency frameworks for product teams, customer success, leadership, and technical staff • Build and scale internal communications, adoption campaigns, role-specific playbooks, and an AI Champions network • Design and deliver workshops, e-learning, simulations, and office hours embedding Responsible AI principles • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Governance to operationalize Responsible AI standards • Ensure training and enablement materials reflect current governance policies and ethical AI practices • Partner with Learning & Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Knowledge Management to align enablement with platform capabilities and business needs • Coordinate with Marketing and Communications on AI Certification for Social Impact, client-facing materials, and external representation • Define and track adoption, engagement, and proficiency metrics and improve program effectiveness • Support certification pathways and continuing education initiatives • Represent Blackbaud’s AI Literacy program at industry events, client engagements, and public forums • Monitor emerging generative AI, legal tech, and AI regulation trends and translate insights into updates for internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven L&D experience leading enterprise-wide learning or enablement programs, ideally in AI, data, or technology domains • Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and change management best practices • Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external audiences • Strong collaboration skills with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and L&D teams • Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies
