📋 Description

• Champion the Blattner safety culture and Blattner Safety Program • Serve as a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert and consultant to project site teams • Communicate with client HSE professionals about overall Blattner HSE performance • Assess and coach project leaders using safety data and Blattner examples to strengthen safety culture • Assess Blattner safety culture and verify HSE Programs are followed, enforced, and consistent on projects • Identify work plans that do not adequately address safety and ensure necessary changes are made • Work with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team, and the Quality Department to develop safer work-plan content and processes • Partner with site management on technical training and development of leadership personnel in safety • Advise site leadership and client HSE professionals on current and potential jobsite exposures

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year degree in occupational safety, or related field, or equivalent education and experience • Seven (7) years of experience in a construction safety leadership role • Electrical safety knowledge • Renewable energy experience • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
