📋 Description

• Support the recruitment function of the Talent Acquisition team through coordination, transactional, and administrative support across the full candidate lifecycle • Process offers, schedule interviews, track offer acceptance and follow-up activities, and guide preboarding through the first day • Serve as dedicated preboarding coordinator for field salaried, foreman, interns, and corporate new hires • Provide transactional support for site hire and contingent worker requests for the craft labor team • Act as concierge and central point of contact for candidates and new hires end-to-end • Initiate requirements, track completion, and communicate consistently throughout the process • Collaborate with HR Operations, hiring leaders, recruiters, business units, vendors, Fleet, Talent Development and Performance, and the travel department • Ensure candidates complete applications, assessment testing, pre-employment physical/drug tests, background checks, MVRs when applicable, and Form I-9 before the start date • Coordinate and order drug screenings and pre-employment testing, including appointment logistics, locations, and candidate instructions • Handle intake, processing, data entry, status tracking, and follow-through for site hire and contingent worker requests

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience, with broad knowledge of operational procedures obtained through previous work experience performing duties including but not limited to recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and/or human resources • High School Diploma or GED • Prior Recruiting/onboarding experience • Experience with Workday • Renewable Industry experience
