📋 Description

• Assist in the hiring process through successful pre-boarding of external candidates and internal transfers • Focus on compliance, candidate experience, and on-time starts • Communicate offer-to-start expectations, timelines, and processes to candidates • Collect required pre-hire contingency documents, including background checks, employment verification, education verification, I-9 verification, license/certifications verification, and fingerprinting as required • Use the Applicant Tracking System to transition candidates forward to hire and maintain accurate employee profiles • Ensure personnel files are complete, securely stored, and ready for regulatory audits • Communicate clearance status updates to Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders • Maintain knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and organizational culture • Maintain collaborative relationships with Partners and Talent Acquisition • Coordinate operational, technical, and/or clerical support services • Plan and organize workflows and prioritize customers' needs • Create and maintain procedural standards and records • Use multiple system applications for data collection and management to meet compliance, auditing, and reporting standards • Collaborate on performance improvement activities • Communicate goals, standards, program expectations, service performance, and Trinity Health objectives • Recognize, address, and/or escalate organizational, operational, or team conflicts • Maintain a safe, functional, and organized workspace • Support professional growth of team members and pursue continuous role-based self-development

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field • Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or a customer service support role in a high-volume work environment • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to follow tasks through to completion, understand and relate to complex ideas/concepts, remember multiple tasks and regimens over long periods of time, and work on concurrent tasks/projects • Knowledge of recruiting practices and processes • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and guidelines • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred • Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (nice to have)
