📋 Description

• Provide regional administrative, entry-level recruitment, and onboarding support to local Talent Acquisition teams • Deliver service to hiring managers, internal colleagues, and external applicants while complying with the hiring process • Coordinate recruitment activities including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools • Follow up with candidates regarding candidacy status and interview/selection outcomes • Schedule interviews, health screens, candidate travel logistics, and orientation events • Coordinate with the Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for on-site tasks such as fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photos • Compile regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities • Coordinate local and regional recruiting events and maintain the event calendar • Assist with recruitment issues, Workday Talent Acquisition module support, candidate status questions, and Talent Acquisition process questions • Provide prompt solutions and responsive customer service to inquiries and requests • Process and track billing statements and invoices • Maintain knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and organizational culture to market, recruit, and source appropriate applicants • Assist with marketing initiatives including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and Internet postings • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, policies, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, administration, or customer service support in a high-volume work environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven customer-service orientation • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects • Ability to work remotely and establish relationships remotely • Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies and procedures • Ability to perform extensive computer work, telephone and face-to-face communication, and occasionally transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds
