📋 Description

• Serve as a key Business Partner to the Senior Leadership Team and executive leadership • Participate in business strategy discussions and provide people-centered insights to support organizational goals • Translate business needs into talent and people strategies • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness • Partner with the SVP, People Operations, People Development team and business teams to co-design and deliver programs in Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Onboarding & Integration, and Talent Development • Contribute to organizational effectiveness initiatives including structure design, role clarity, and culture building • Drive change management initiatives in partnership with organizational development team • Monitor and optimize team dynamics and engagement • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of global HR Business Partners • Build a high-performing team culture that reflects our company values • Support recruitment and onboarding of HR team members • Collaborate with the People Services (HR Admin) team to build and strengthen operational foundations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of progressive HR and People Operations experience • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations • Proven experience managing global people and talent initiatives and teams across multiple geographies and time zones • Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy and drive organizational alignment • Hands-on experience designing and implementing talent programs (performance, development, planning, onboarding) • Strong capability as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders • Track record of successfully building, leading, and developing high-performing teams • Comfortable with HRIS systems, data analytics, and HR technology platforms; Workday preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across levels.
