📋 Description

• Own or support the execution of core HR processes, so employees have a consistent experience throughout their time at Fluxon • Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees across our team, answering day-to-day questions, solving what you can, and routing what you can't to the right person • Support the roll out of various people programs and initiatives • Stay flexible - we’re always growing and changing at Fluxon, and there will be project potential we haven’t even thought of yet! • Help coordinate and execute employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, etc. • Process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions accurately and on time • Assist with the logistics of performance review cycles, and other recurring people programs • Support compliance essentials (I-9s, state registrations, leave paperwork, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR or People Ops role • Solid working knowledge across the HR lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance basics, and employee support) • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive, confidential information • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recurring processes and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable following established processes and escalating judgment calls to senior team members when necessary • A proactive, "no task too small" mindset — eager to learn and grow within People Ops • Nice to have: Experience supporting a distributed/remote workforce
