📋 Description

• Create, update, and maintain provider accounts and contacts in Salesforce • Clean up duplicate accounts and contacts, correct associations, reassign holding-account contacts, and ensure proper account hierarchy • Complete and validate required account and contact fields • Monitor automated workflows and alerts; investigate and resolve flagged issues • Flag recurring issues, data inconsistencies, and process gaps for follow-up • Make outbound calls to provider offices for marketing opt-ins, communication consent, and practice/contact verification • Conduct introductory outreach to new accounts, introduce BlinkRx, and gather office and workflow information for PA processes • Recognize provider interest or follow-up needs and document relevant context • Provide clear, timely handoffs to the PAM team with accurate notes • Contact existing accounts to surface growth opportunities and keep account data current • Triage and resolve inbound pharmacy-team requests requiring direct outreach to HCP offices

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, data entry, or sales operations • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) • Excellent communication skills; comfortable conducting efficient, professional outreach with provider offices • Strong organizational and multitasking ability • Healthcare operations or provider data experience preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
