• 2-3 years in B2B SaaS Account Management, with a clear track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets • Commercial instincts - you think in terms of revenue impact • Comfortable running a pipeline and managing a deal process within an existing account base • Data-driven - you use usage data, segmentation, and engagement signals to prioritize where to spend time • Strong communicator who can get to the right stakeholder quickly and have a commercial conversation • High ownership - you don't wait for accounts to come to you.
