• 5–6 years of PR experience • at least 3 years specifically focused on representing digital-first talent or creators • ability to secure top-tier profiles that have shifted the industry’s perception of a client • elite level of situational awareness • executive presence to command a meeting with C-suite executives • judgment to navigate the personal and often sensitive nature of creator-led businesses • deeply understanding social trends • remarkable organizational skills • prioritizing trust and integrity with clients, agents, and managers
