• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external DSP partners across editorial, business development, and operational functions to secure playlisting and promotional opportunities. • Develop and implement effective platform strategies to drive catalog growth and achieve commercial KPIs, including revenue targets, streams, and exposure metrics. • Utilize platform tools and direct interactions to effectively pitch releases, maximizing visibility and revenue. • Proactively use data and performance metrics to identify insights and take actions that improve the visibility and revenue of the catalog on DSPs. • Align with A&R, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to catalog monetization and contribute to team OKRs.
• Proven experience in music licensing, partnership management, or a similar role within the digital music landscape. • Strong understanding of the streaming ecosystem and DSP operations. • Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ultimate responsibility for achieving commercial KPIs. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively influence external partners. • Proficiency in using data to drive insights and inform business actions.
