📋 Description

• Lead architecture and design discussions for large-scale transformational programs • Run end-to-end design authorities to ensure compliance and mitigate risk • Advise customers on industry best practices in architecture and process methodology • Own end-to-end solution and application architecture on projects • Support business process analysis and design/construction phases from an architecture perspective • Assess business needs, integration complexity, and architecture constraints • Lead design and development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens • Create reusable templates and artifacts to support automation and reduce implementation errors • Support business process blueprints for domains and sub-verticals • Support creation and modification of procedural and system documentation • Assist Project Managers with detailed task planning and effort estimation • Ensure knowledge transfer to customer project teams • Prepare and deliver presentations to users, management, and executives • Liaise with consultants, customers, business users, IT, PMO, change management, cloud, and product teams • Provide primary non-technical user support and verify business functionality and data integrity • Guide development and execution of test scripts • Perform product validation, end-to-end data flow, solution, interface, workflow, report, and performance testing • Raise Jira and case tickets and provide product feedback on defects and enhancements • Communicate customer business cases and trends to Product Management and Product Development • Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects • Assist in identifying change management efforts for global or regional implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Must have at least 7 years’ experience in Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning Solutions, specifically in Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning • Implementation experience or experience using Advanced Planning Solutions from Blue Yonder, including legacy i2 and Manugistics, or equivalent products such as Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Logility, e2open, Steelwedge, OMP, etc. • Current or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferred • Strong business analysis skills • Understanding and usage of statistical algorithms • Understanding of inventory optimization concepts • Awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain • Strong proactive communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or Logistics preferred • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree • Travel required as needed for this role
