📋 Description

• Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions • Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting environments • Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies • Resolve complex architectural escalations and drive continuous process improvements across client engagements • Partner with strategic enterprise clients to discover needs, architect end-to-end system workflows, and turn complex business challenges into digital solutions • Serve as a strategic bridge connecting customer vision, implementation delivery, and product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience integrating, implementing and/or supporting Trimble App Xchange • 5+ years of professional consulting or product/project management experience specifically within the construction industry • Working knowledge of or experience with Trimble software, such as Vista/Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, B2W Estimating and Operational Suite, and Tekla PowerFab • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and driving multi-project engagements • Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite • Experience utilizing Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata is a bonus • PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting is a bonus
