📋 Description

• Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions for customers • Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes • Lead solution design, including clear construct and validation tasks and timelines • Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases • Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and customer satisfaction • Assess business needs outside the standard solution or scope, including integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps • Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects • Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific functionality needs and enhancements • Assist the support services group with support cases when not actively working on implementation projects • Serve as lead functional consultant and liaison among customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants • Design solutions using Blue Yonder Transportation Management products for Fortune 500 customers across the Americas region

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management Systems preferred • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading Transportation Management Solutions may be considered • Experience in a customer-facing role where you led the gathering of requirements, formulated a software solution, and persuaded stakeholders • Current or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferred • Strong business analysis skills • Understanding and usage of statistical algorithms • Understanding of inventory optimization concepts • Awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences • Basic Excel skills, including data cleansing and pivot tables • Ability to read and execute simple SQL queries preferred • Ability to qualify for SF85P public trust security clearance, dependent upon customer project assignment • Ability to clear a background check and drug test, fingerprints, and photocopy of US passport or birth certificate, dependent upon customer project assignment • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree • Understanding the basics of APIs-SOAP/REST, XMLs, and JSONs • Inclination to understand and learn simple SQLs • Report writing and validation • Ability to travel within the US at 50%–75%
