📋 Description

• Lead design of comprehensive API strategies across the full lifecycle, including OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, security policy enforcement, and retirement • Partner with C-level stakeholders and Enterprise Architects to communicate the ROI of API-first strategies • Advise on enterprise security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT • Architect and demonstrate Developer Portals for internal and external API discovery and consumption • Coordinate cross-functional internal specialists for high-stakes Proofs of Concept and complex RFI/RFP technical responses • Demonstrate the relationship between API Management, iPaaS, and MDM to orchestrate secure, high-integrity data flows and Golden Records • Act as a principal architect and strategic technical lead for complex North American client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in API Lifecycle Management and deployment of high-performance API Gateways in complex, distributed environments • Deep technical proficiency in modern identity providers and security frameworks • Experience designing solutions incorporating Microservices, Service Mesh, and Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) • Track record of driving technical alignment in a sales environment • Exceptional ability to present to executive-level audiences • Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ETL/ELT and Master Data Management principles • Advanced proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems and enterprise API suites such as MuleSoft, Apigee, or Kong preferred • Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture, Information Security, or Enterprise Frameworks preferred • Expertise in API Lifecycle Management and security/orchestration of AI-driven APIs and LLMs • Familiarity with Boomi Integration, Informatica, Talend, and MDM solutions preferred • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field preferred
