📋 Description

• Support and enhance critical business applications within the Niche Applications team • Partner with business and technology stakeholders across Commercial Banking • Design, develop, manage, and implement assigned projects from business case development through execution • Build change management plans and lead or participate in readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment • Define communication plans, develop tailored messaging, and identify distribution channels • Act as a relationship manager on assigned projects and programs • Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs • Participate in project and program design and provide subject matter expertise • Conduct analysis to inform strategic recommendations and assess enterprise and group impacts • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on program and solution design, development, and implementation • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Drive cross-business and group coordination and logistical support for change implementation • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Identify implementation enablers and issues, escalate risks, and offer solutions • Exercise judgment to diagnose and solve problems within given rules • Work independently on complex tasks and unique situations • Make risk-informed decisions that protect the bank and align with business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth subject matter expertise in the required business domain • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills • Ability to apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework, Risk Culture, approved Risk Appetite, policies, laws, and regulations
