📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 6–10 TASs to drive adoption of the assigned Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand • Coach TASs on selling skills, scientific engagement, digital capabilities, scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, and teamwork/enterprise mindset • Conduct selected ride-alongs with TASs for important HCPs according to the coaching plan • Own the TASs learning journey and ensure continuous improvement in core skills and behaviors • Champion adoption of CE^3 analytics, content personalization, Medical on Call, and other digital capabilities and tools • Coach TASs to leverage CE^3 insights for call planning and preparation • Convene the field team to exchange experiences, collect feedback, coach on change leadership, and encourage new ways of working • Prioritize accounts and develop strategies for key accounts using relevant insights • Ensure continuous customer experience improvement • Lead financial and program planning for the district • Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies • Work collaboratively across Commercial, Medical, and Access organizations to address customer needs and achieve sales targets • Spend approximately 100% of time in the field with TASs, depending on geographic area • Report to the Regional Business Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or other related industry experience • Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, or equivalent experience leading and managing high-performing teams, is strongly preferred • Pharma experience, including understanding of reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment, is strongly preferred • Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals • Proven successful track record of selecting, developing, and retaining talented individuals • Previous experience using analytical skills and selling skills, developing strong business acumen, and working knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain • At least 21 years of age • Driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence • Driving risk level deemed acceptable by the Company • Expertise in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area • Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating scientific and clinical data • Ability to use data insights to inform engagement and strategic planning • Adeptness with digital tools • Ability to lead across a matrix • Strong business acumen to understand and analyze business and market drivers and develop, execute, and adjust business plans
