⢠Drive Global Mobility Center of Excellence strategy, programs, and policies related to mobility systems and key processes ⢠Govern individual tax compliance and equalization policy ⢠Design and manage the tax vendor strategy ⢠Develop and standardize RTX tax processes with Payroll, Corporate Tax, HR, global mobility operations, and tax vendors ⢠Manage and govern a global employment company ⢠Innovate process and data visualization in mobility technology ⢠Manage and resolve complex employee and business escalations across the assignment lifecycle ⢠Monitor mobility innovation and policy trends and identify opportunities to apply them ⢠Develop training and communications for Global Mobility stakeholders ⢠Define requirements and develop and manage governance reports ⢠Coordinate with HR, legal, tax, finance, and payroll to align cross-functional teams ⢠Improve mobility processes and systems using RTX resources, business needs, and industry best practices ⢠Assist with development, harmonization, and implementation of processes improving global mobility service delivery ⢠Drive transparency with vendors, Global Mobility operations, and Enterprise Financial Services ⢠Travel up to 10%
⢠University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience ⢠Strong communication and proven relationship skills; ability to work with employees at all levels ⢠Excellent organization, planning, and decision-making skills ⢠Ability to balance business and employee needs while meeting legal and regulatory requirements ⢠Strong project management skills ⢠Understanding and experience with global mobility operations ⢠Ability to solve complex problems by identifying root causes, designing solutions, and executing outcomes ⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative ⢠Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future ⢠No security clearance required ⢠Experience with Equus or a comparable Global Mobility technology platform (preferred)
