📋 Description

• Own the retail demand plan and forecasting process, building forecasts by retailer, item, and week, and tracking accuracy and bias over time • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure product is in the right place at the right time for retail partners, owning the retail demand input into S&OP • Translate retailer POS, inventory, and order data into sell-in forecasts, monitoring weeks of supply and flagging out-of-stock or overstock risk • Partner with Sales on retail performance tracking using SPINS, IRI/Circana, and Nielsen data • Build forecasts for new distribution, new items, resets, and promotions, and measure post-launch impact • Partner with FP&A and Sales to deliver the retail portion of the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast updates • Support scenario planning for retail growth initiatives, including new accounts, items, and programs • Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, finance, and data teams to evaluate effects on retail supply and service levels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP, ideally in CPG • Hands-on experience forecasting for mass retail accounts and working directly with retailer data and replenishment teams • Strong understanding of SPINS, IRI/Circana, and Nielsen data reporting required • Experience with retailer data portals such as Walmart Retail Link or Target Partners Online preferred • Ability to balance competing priorities, develop solutions, and turn analysis into clear recommendations • Experience with an ERP system; NetSuite preferred • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
