📋 Description

• Help injured workers navigate recovery and return to work • Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers • Attend appointments with injured workers, including visits to employers and injured workers at their place of employment • Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans • Communicate with medical providers, customers, employers, attorneys, and injured workers in person and by phone • Provide consistent communication and detailed progress reports to clients and stakeholders • Document actions, plans, and goals in emails and reports using different forms and letters • Collaboratively develop recovery goals and plans of care • Orchestrate medical care and return-to-work efforts • Ensure case management work meets or exceeds customer and compliance requirements • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, customers, and internal team members

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) license with associated college degree is required • Must comply with all state-specific licensure and certification requirements • Must maintain all licensure and/or certification requirements within the state(s) in which you practice • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with ability to travel to appointments • Prior experience in workers' compensation case management is strongly preferred • Additional certifications such as CCM, CIRS, or other case management credentials are preferred • Ability to read, write, speak, and apply mathematical concepts and sound reasoning • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to multitask • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple systems • Ability to comply with safety principles and Federal and State laws, regulations, and standards
