📋 Description

• Own the monthly payroll cycle in Rippling, reconcile it against internal numbers, and resolve profile or account issues before payments are blocked. • Maintain accurate contracts and classifications for W2 employees, US 1099 contractors, and global contractors, including required tax forms. • Operate the recruiting pipeline in Workable and Hireflix: post roles, advance candidates, screen for English and professionalism, and provide ranked shortlists with recommendations. • Build onboarding systems covering data intake, account creation, document generation, signature collection, and manager handoff for first-week planning. • Run end-to-end offboarding, including notice, final pay, access revocation across Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, equipment return, and knowledge transfer. • Create and maintain SOPs, offer templates, and policy documents in one centralized location, revising them on a regular schedule. • Maintain accurate PTO balances.

🎯 Requirements

• You've run payroll end to end in Rippling, or a comparable multi-country platform, for a mix of W2 employees, US 1099 contractors, and global contractors. • You know what a W-8BEN is and when you need one, and you catch it when a payment goes out twice. • Recruiting pipelines are something you've operated, not observed; experience with Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or a comparable stack. • Ability to structure recruiting stages, run one-way video screening, and provide hiring managers with a ranked shortlist and recommendation. • Experience writing SOPs, handbooks, or runbooks that others have used. • Ability to handle notice letters, final pay calculations, access revocation, and knowledge transfer during offboarding. • Experience configuring an assistant, automation, or workflow that removed recurring HR busywork; basic ChatGPT email rewriting does not count. • Ability to work across time zones and cultures, with overlap covering both PST and Tashkent hours. • Strong follow-through and ability to work without supervision. • US-based, working as a contractor, with capacity for approximately ten focused hours per week.
