📋 Description
• Serve as functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design • Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes • Translate business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations • Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant on Core HR and Performance Management • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders • Oracle HCM Cloud certification • Experience with Talent/Performance calibration cycles
