📋 Description

• Work with UX Designers to ensure products meet end-user standards • Work across HTML Email Campaigns, Ad Banners, Touch Screen Kiosks, Interactive Experiences, Web Applications, User Metrics collection, and other varied projects • Translate requirements into elegant, scalable software solutions • Work closely with Backend developers on full stack solutions • Write maintainable, robust code with test coverage according to best practices • Drive automation testing coverage and strategy • Optimize web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and security • Maintain existing code bases and further develop offerings for customers • Develop high-quality, responsive layouts with the user in mind • Work in an agile, collaborative, multidisciplinary team • Mentor junior team members and review code output • Report to the Head of Software Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern web applications and surrounding stacks • Experience building and supporting public cloud applications • Experience with React and TypeScript, or other programming languages • Multiple years of production React experience • Strong CSS knowledge and understanding • Experience with TDD/testing • Understanding of progressive enhancement and accessibility • Understanding of Lighthouse metrics and frontend performance optimization • Comfortable with version control systems, ideally Git and GitHub • Understanding of test automation for code quality • Familiarity with event modelling and event-driven architectures • Ideally experience with WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics • Desire to grow professionally and make an immediate, meaningful impact
